REFUND POLICY / MAHLAB QUALITY GUARANTEE
In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your Mahlab purchase*, you are welcome to return it to us within 14 days for an exchange or refund.  Products must be in original condition and packaging, and postage cannot be refunded. We don't accept returns or exchanges after the 14 day period except when the product is faulty, have been wrongly described, is different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do.

 This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Trade Practises Act.

*Does not include embossed items or contact list products.

GENERAL DISCLAIMER
Mahlab is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or any other damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or in reliance on the information available on the site. This includes any personal injury, business interruption, loss of use, lost data, lost profits, or any other pecuniary loss, whether in an action of contract, negligence, or other tortious action, even if Mahlab has been informed of the possibility.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Mahlab (www.mahlab.com) is created and controlled in Victoria, Australia. All purchases are subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, and where applicable the state of Victoria. By using this site you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and Australia and agree that any legal action will only be commenced in these forums.

CAPACITY TO CONTRACT
Orders can only be placed with Mahlab by persons with capacity to contract, who are over the age of either 18 or 21 as legislated in your state of residence.

REVIEW OF TERMS
These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time without notice. Past terms and conditions can be accessed on request by written notice to Mahlab. Contact details can be found here. Each order or transaction will be governed by the terms and conditions in force upon the date of that transaction.

All content on this site, including text, icons, graphics, etc are the property of Mahlab or its suppliers and are protected by Australian and International Copyright law. No part or portion of this site may be copied, sold or used in any manner for any commercial purpose without written consent.

SHIPPING
Mahlab is not responsible for customs charges and restrictions that vary from country to country and result from the importation or certain products. The purchaser remains responsible for all charges and fees incurred.

CONFIRMATION OF ORDER
All orders placed are an offer of purchase and are subject to acceptance by Mahlab. If an order is not accepted a full refund will occur at the earliest possible convenience. Mahlab reserves the right to refuse an offer for any reason.

PAYMENT
Mahlab is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received. In the case of payment by cheque, this would mean the clearing of funds represented by the cheque. In the event of the requested goods being unavailable Mahlab may cancel the transaction and effect a full refund.
All prices listed are inclusive of any Australian Goods and Services Tax applicable.

All transactions are processed in AUD

PURPOSE OF GOODS
